Say YESS

We offer key signature programs that distinguish our organization. Our flagship program, the YESS (Young Employee Savvy and Success) Training Program, equips and empowers young professionals with the knowledge and skill sets needed to advance and succeed in the workplace. We run this program as part of a larger research and training initiative in collaboration with the Center for Research on Employment and the Workforce (CREW) at Cal State Fullerton, with the support of almost 20 companies.

In the past, almost 20 leading companies (many in the Fortune 500, as well as major private companies) have both invested in and rewarded their employees by sending them to our YESS program to develop their professional pipeline. Based on participant ratings, our program content scored 4.72 and our instructor scored 4.92 (on a scale of 5). Ask your organization to sponsor you to attend a YESS Training Program!

The YEP Inititive

In a recent 2008 Business Week survey of almost 4,000 readers, “Generational Tensions” ranked among the top major issues affecting the workplace. The broader initiative, called the YEP (Young Emerging Professionals) Initiative, seeks to move from generational tensions and conflicts in the workplace to generational productivity and collaboration.

We have Executives and Managers from over 15 leading companies who sit on our YEP Executive Advisory Board. Our YEP Council meets every two months and consists of two Young Emerging Professionals—YEPs—from each of these companies who are high-potential employees in the first 1/3 of their careers. There is no cost, but we require committed and passionate individuals at all levels to sit on our Board and Council.
