The YEP Initiative

In a recent 2008 Business Week survey of almost 4,000 readers, “Generational Tensions” ranked among the top major issues affecting the workplace. The broader initiative, called the YEP (Young Emerging Professionals) Initiative, seeks to move from generational tensions and conflicts in the workplace to generational productivity and collaboration.

We have Executives and Managers from over 15 leading companies who sit on our YEP Executive Advisory Board. Our YEP Council meets every two months and consists of two Young Emerging Professionals—YEPs—from each of these companies who are high-potential employees in the first third of their careers. There is no cost, but we require committed and passionate individuals at all levels to sit on our Board and Council.
