Beth Boulet
Senior Vice President of Audit, Amedisys

Beth Boulet is the Senior Vice President of Audit for Amedisys. Ms. Boulet joined Amedisys when the Internal Audit Department was established in 2002. She has served in a number of different audit roles for the company and was solely responsible for starting and developing the internal audit function at Amedisys. Over time, the role of audit in the organization has evolved to encompass internal control assurance including continuous auditing, risk management, and corporate governance roles and responsibilities. Ms. Boulet serves in an advisory role on a number of key management steering committees.


Larry Harrington
Vice President of Internal Audit, Raytheon

Lawrence J. Harrington is vice president of Internal Audit for Raytheon Company. He was elected to this position in August 2004. Raytheon Company (NYSE: RTN), with 2006 sales of $20.3 billion, is a technology leader specializing in defense, homeland security and other government markets throughout the world. With headquarters in Waltham, Mass., Raytheon employs 73,000 people worldwide. Harrington has spent most of his career in finance and internal audit. He has also been vice president of Human Resources and vice president of Health Operations at Aetna Inc. He is a CPA and has been chief audit executive for several global Fortune 500 companies, including Staples, Aetna Inc. and LTV. He is a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors and is past president of their Boston Chapter and chairman of their international professional issues committee.

Charlene Penna has over 22 years experience in the Accounting and Finance field. Dale Wallis
Vice President, Chief Financial Officer & Treasurer, The Aerospace Corporation

Dale Wallis has served as vice president, chief financial officer, and treasurer of The Aerospace Corporation since 2001. Wallis also serves on the adjunct accounting faculty at a major university in the Los Angeles area and on advisory boards to two other major universities. Wallis has also served as CFO of a pre-IPO internet information company, director of finance of a publicly held, international, agricultural biotech company, in senior management at two of the Big-4 CPA firms, as a partner in a regional CPA firm and as an internal auditor at a major airline. Wallis is active in Financial Executives International (FEI), where he serves on the board of directors, is chair of the Committee on Government Business, and is a member of the Committee on Benefit Financing. He also is a member of the American Institute of CPAs.


Vu Pham, Ph.D.
Partner, Spectrum Knowledge

A Partner at Spectrum Knowledge, Vu H. Pham, Ph.D. works with dozens of organizations from the Fortune 500 to government and non-profit agencies to boost employee performance and strategic effectiveness. He conducts interactive training and data-driven research to achieve these results. He currently serves as a Researcher at Cal State Fullerton's Center for Research on Employment and the Workforce (CREW) and in Asian American Studies at UCLA. Betsy Bosak, Ed.D.
Partner, Spectrum Knowledge

Betsy Bosak, Ed.D. joined TRW after completing her doctorate in Educational Psychology at UCLA and serving on the faculty there. While at UCLA she was the principal investigator on a number of federally funded research studies where her nationally recognized work focused on racial attitudes, work-family balance, women in non-traditional careers and sex role stereotyping. She has over 20 publications based on her work. During Dr. Bosak’s 26 years at TRW and Northrop Grumman she held a number of increasingly responsible human resource line and staff roles. Prior to retiring she was the Director of Diversity, EEO and Employee Relations for Northrop Grumman Space Technology (NGST), a 9500-person organization with locations at 7 sites throughout the country. In that role she was responsible for designing proactive diversity initiatives to meet the needs of the business, plus leading NGST’s diversity recruiting efforts and national awards process. Currently she is partner with Spectrum Knowledge where she applies her extensive research and human resources background to help address critical issues facing both the private and public sector.
