Glenn Kawafuchi

Glenn Kawafuchi specializes in training design and program delivery, leadership/management performance improvement, and career/life development. Previously, he was Vice President of Leadership Programs and Services for Leadership Education for Asian Pacifics Inc. (LEAP) where he was responsible for overseeing the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of LEAP's training and development programs. Prior to LEAP, he served as the Director of Organization and Leadership Development for The Aerospace Corporation, where he consulted with executive/senior management concerning organization, quality and leadership/management issues; provided appropriate organizational development interventions; facilitated Aerospace/Air Force/contractor Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) and integrated product team (IPT) efforts; and supported strategic planning, cross-functional corporate initiatives, and training and development programs.

In previous positions, he also served as Career Development Program Manager for Hughes Aircraft Space and Communications Group, and Career Counselor for both Rancho Santiago Community College District and California State University Dominguez Hills. He has addressed a range of workforce diversity, career/life development, leadership/management/team development, community capacity building and change management topics for a number of Fortune 500 corporations, colleges and universities, non-profit and community organizations, as well as federal agencies. His academic credits include a BA in Sociology from UCLA, a MA in Applied Behavioral Sciences from CSU, Dominguez Hills and a Life Community College Counseling Credential from CSU, Long Beach.
