Lisa Miyake

Lisa Miyake is a Senior Associate for Spectrum Knowledge, Inc. Her projects include curriculum design, professional and leadership development research, case study and assessment material production, and intern coordination. As a prestigious international Fulbright Fellowship, she conducted research on issues facing physically disabled individuals in hiring and workplace in Japan.

Ms. Miyake's previous work experience includes working at Leadership Education for Asian Pacifics, Inc., where she conducted research onAsian Pacific Americans in the private sector, created case studies, and served as team project lead on designing programs. She has also worked with the UCLA Alumni Association, Political and Economic Affairs section of the American Consulate General in Osaka-Kobe, and Memorex Products, Inc.

She graduated summa cum laude from UCLA with a double major in Communication Studies and Asian American Studies. She was awarded College and departmental honors, and is a lifetime member of Phi Beta Kappa, Golden Key International Honour Society, and Mortar Board Senior National Honor Society. She was also honored with the Senior of the Year Award, Distinguished Senior Award, Chancellor's Service Award, and Women for Change Student Leadership Award.
